Summary: The view was lovely from this property, Although it was quite dated inside, and the shower wasnt draining well so it would pool as you shower. It also took a very long time for the water to warm up.

Summary: The most amazing aspect of this motel is its spectacular views of Lake Wanaka. I loved that it is away from the town, traffic and noise, something quite unusual for a motel. It was certainly adequate, although the place needs maintenance, especially the bathroom and toilet which need refreshing. Worst are the steps from the car parking up to the units - they are uneven and really quite dangerous if you are carrying luggage. Not a good place for anyone with a disability, although the units on the street frontage are probably ok. Our unit didn't have a covered porch as did the others downstairs. If booking again I'd request a room with a porch.
